As a Front Office Trainee at Shangri-La Sri Lanka, I apply my customer service skills and knowledge to ensure a high level of satisfaction for guests. I follow a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the Open University of Sri Lanka, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to handle various HR-related tasks. I also hold a Diploma in English from IMBS Green campus, which enhances my communication abilities. Additionally, I have a Certificate in Graphic Design from Evotech education, which allows me to create visually appealing materials.
