I am 48 years old, residing in Colombo. I am a freelance tutor, translator (English to Sinhala vice versa) and and Document Editor. I teach English Language and Literature to young adults. I was a visiting instructor in English Language attached to the University of Kelaniya from 1999-2002. I have also worked in many of the International Non-governmental organizations that operated in Sri Lanka in the capacity Documentation Officer, Grants Writer and Accountability Coordinator. Therefore, my experience in working with various communities in Sri Lanka is massive. 

I am currently reading for my Masters Degree in Conflict and Peace Studies and also reading for a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counseling.

I have been a private English Language, IELTS tutor for the past 15 years, while being a Translator and a document/ dissertation and Thesis Editor. I have mostly worked with young adults.
